Forgot your password?
Type your username, or the email address on your account, and click Email me a link. ChicDaisy emails you a link to choose a new password.
- The link works once, for 24 hours. Asking again sends a new link, and the old one stops working.
- The page always says “Check your email”, even if nothing matched, so it can't be used to find out who has an account. If no email arrives within a few minutes, check your spam folder and the spelling of what you typed.
- No email address on your account, or still nothing? Ask an admin: on the Users page they can email you a link or set a new password for you.
- You can ask for up to 3 links an hour.
Change or reset a password
- Change your own: click your name at the bottom of the menu → Change password. Other devices are logged out.
- Forgot it: on the login page, click Forgot password?, type your username or email, and ChicDaisy emails you a link to choose a new one (it works once, for 24 hours). Check spam if it doesn't arrive.
- No email, or no luck: ask an admin. On Users → your name → Password, they can set a new password for you or email you a link. Nobody can look up your current password.
- You can sign in with your username or your email address; capital letters only matter in the password.
- After 5 wrong passwords, that account is locked out for 15 minutes. Forgot password? still works, and an admin can Unlock it on Users.
